Sometimes you come upon a space in New York that in most cases just needs to be recreated. The Entry Foyer, Dining and Living Rooms of this single-family duplex needed just that, some reparations and a new paint job. While many other rooms were created from scratch and the mechanical systems were completely updated, the residence maintains an important air of its 1910 origin, with interiors by Steven Gambrel.
